Self-Awareness:** Many of my students struggle with self-awareness, which affects their ability to identify strengths and weaknesses, hindering meaningful academic goal-setting and course selection. This is a critical foundation for personal growth and navigating academic challenges effectively. By addressing this, we aim to boost students' confidence and belief that they are a dominant factor at the school.
Hydration and Conditioning leadership, we will effectively address and impact the following components, follow the Standards Based Instructional Design Process Found in the Physical Educational Framework for California Public Schools and that significantly affect our students and their long-term success.
